If space is an issue, you do not need to keep all of your seeds.

Try to plant the highest crop that will work for what you need ~
example if you are making low level potions, try to plant Graceful
Jessamine Herb it’s a lv 4 plant and works for all low level potions
(you can find it in Genoa’s suburbs)

These are the seeds to keep ~

Graceful Jessamine Herb (lv 4 normal crop)
Pure White Lotus (lv 8 high level crop) Reishi works also but it’s harder to see when planting
Bloodthirsty Flower (lv 9 quality crop)

I don’t know about the higher level ones yet

The textile plants are every other level (lv 1, lv 3, lv 5 etc.)
A level 10 textile can make a lv 1 cloth so plant the highest possible for textiles

Something to keep in mind… in order to plant lv 4 seeds you need to be
at least lv 31 planting because it requires a higher level hoe. Lv 7
seeds require the lv 61 hoe.

Before throwing away your seeds, go thru the Merchant, Adventure and
Ares quest guides. A lot of merchant quests and some of the other
quest require plants/seeds but if space is a big issue, plants and seeds are pretty easy to get so I wouldn’t store them if you don’t plan on doing the quests for a very long time.

LOL I think I could write a whole guide just on your question.

One more thing…. As your planting level increases your failure rate for lower level plants will decrease. I don’t know when it starts but by lv 59 planting you will no longer receive fails for lv 3 plants. I think it’s in the lv 40’s when you no longer receive fails for lv 1 plants. You
might want to keep around some lower level seeds so that when you reach
the no fail levels you can plant for profit (good silver in plants)

But again, seeds are pretty easy to get. Before I had a bank I kept
200 of each of the seeds listed above plus the textile seeds. I would
gather the ones I needed for a quest as each quest came up.
